About Prebiotic Inulin-FOS
Inulin and FructoOligoSaccharides (FOS) are soluble prebiotic fibers that promote gut and overall health through their fermentation by gut flora to yield important metabolites, including lactic acid and the short chain fatty acids acetate, propionate and butyrate.
